This page is dedicated to the ship between Rook Hunt and Ruggie Bucchi from the game Disney: Twisted Wonderland.

When I watched Rook's school uniform vignette for the first time, I was completely unaware it would change my life forever...

(okay, perhaps that is a bit of an exaggeration.)

I laughed through it and thought to myself as more of a joke than anything to ship them, and I believe we all know what happens to all ships that begin as 'jokes'.

I soon after watched the Glorious Masquerade event, where they had several interactions. And that got me thinking. I kept taking notice of every time they interacted. Eventually I found myself scouring the Japanese internet (as someone who knows very little Japanese) to find fanart of them. Before I knew it they had become my favorite Twisted Wonderland ship.

this gives me life.

So then, what chemistry could they possibly have? Honestly I just think it could be really funny. I love Rook's creepy behavior, and the idea of him romantically falling for someone has so much potential. As the right-hand-man to each of their respective housewardens, I like the idea of them forming an unlikely relationship that Vil and Leona do NOT approve of. I also love the idea of a tsundere Ruggie who keeps up the act of hating everything Rook does whilst secretly liking him back. I imagine he'd suddenly start prioritizing jobs from Pomefiore students in hopes of seeing him more, though he'd tell himself it was because, with how fancy they looked, they might pay the highest.

As for their fandom popularity, I fear they are very, very unpopular. Most of the time when I actually see them shipped they're just being shipped alongside Leona x Vil and Jack x Epel as the leftovers and don't get much attention. I hope in the future they become more popular and that people focus on them more. Maybe by writing this page I can indoctrinate somebody else into them? And if you don't know anything about Twisted Wonderland, trust me these guys are 100% canon also GO PLAY IT!!
